Cancellation Policy

  1. Full Refund: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour departure time.
  2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to evaluation and any applicable cancellation fees.
  3. No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour departure time.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via mail@tournguides.com to initiate the refund process.
  2. Provide your booking details, including the tour name, date, and confirmation number.
  3. State the reason for your cancellation.
  4. Allow Monday to Saturday for our team to process your refund request.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used for booking.
  • Refunds are subject to any applicable cancellation fees or penalties.
  • Refunds may take Monday to Saturday to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Our refund policy may be subject to exceptions in certain circumstances, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that force the cancellation of the tour.
  • In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
