- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to evaluation and any applicable cancellation fees.
- No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour departure time.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your booking details, including the tour name, date, and confirmation number.
- State the reason for your cancellation.
- Allow Monday to Saturday for our team to process your refund request.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are issued based on the original payment method used for booking.
- Refunds are subject to any applicable cancellation fees or penalties.
- Refunds may take Monday to Saturday to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
Our refund policy may be subject to exceptions in certain circumstances, such as:
- Extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that force the cancellation of the tour.
- In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the tour or provide a full refund.
